Users may submit websites/apps on the Platform, subject to the following restrictions:

• Duplicate websites/apps: Submitting websites/apps that are already listed on the Platform is strictly prohibited.
• Illegal content: Users may not sbumit any websites/apps related to illegal products, activities, or services, including but not limited to weapons, drugs, or counterfeit goods.

Affiliate links: The Platform reserves the right to include affiliate links in websites/apps posted by users. By using the Platform, you agree that the Platform may earn a commission from purchases made through these links.

4.1. Users agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Platform by any third party.

4.2. Users are prohibited from using the Platform to:

• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, or that could encourage criminal conduct or give rise to civil liability.
• Post content that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other malicious code.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Engage in any form of spamming or unsolicited advertising.

5.1. The Platform reserves the right to monitor, edit, or remove any content posted by users without prior notice.

5.2. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. This includes, but is not limited to, violations of these Terms of Use.

6.1. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Platform makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Platform.

6.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Platform will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Platform, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of the content provided by users.

The Platform reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform following any such changes will signify your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
